Open the corresponding transaction in the wallet's activity or transaction records to view the status and transaction hash. You can also check further through the block browser link provided by the wallet.
How to confirm whether the transaction is uploaded to the chain?
Query the transaction hash in the block browser of the corresponding network to check whether there is a block record and execution result. Just because the transaction has been uploaded to the chain does not mean it was successfully executed. You also need to check the success or failure status.
